The purpose of this contract management plan is to document the key activities and tasks required to manage this contract to ensure that the objectives of the contract are achieved. The plan describes how the Client and the Contractor will work together over the life of the contract to ensure timely delivery of goods and services meeting the requirements specified in the contract. This plan will be used by the Client to review the performance of the contract and monitor the achievement of the contract outcomes.

1.2 Governance Structure

1.4 Contract Manager

The contract manager/supervisor is responsible for:
• ensuring the contract outcomes are achieved;
• managing and addressing contract risks;
• identifying and addressing opportunities for improving the contract;
• maintaining good relationships with the Contractor
• scheduling regular contract management meetings;
• communicating with users, stakeholders and clients;
• ensuring that performance measures are met;
• providing performance reports to senior managers or the governance committee;
• addressing problems and conflicts that may arise; and
• assessing and (where required) seeking approval for any variations to the contract.
The contract manager/supervisor should regularly refer to the contract management plan and ensure it is amended or updated as required to reflect any changes in circumstances during the operation of the contract.

1.5 Oversight Committee

1.6 Communication
